The Role As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of Family matters, including: Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children''s issues, prenuptial agreements and emergency applications. Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client care throughout the process. Represent clients in hearings and at court, where applicable. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, court applications and settlement agreements.
