Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist

OverviewApplications are invited for a permanent 9.5 PA ophthalmology Locum consultant to The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust, Department of Ophthalmology.
The post holder will be required to cover general ophthalmology and is expected to be an enthusiastic surgeon who wishes to enhance the current ophthalmic services and develop the department in the future.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical care in general ophthalmology.
Support and contribute to transforming ophthalmology services at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital through application of Royal College and national recommendations, such as Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT).
Work as part of the ophthalmology team to deliver a sustainable and modern department.
Organisation and ServicesWe provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.
