Role Overview: Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant matters. Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally. Requirements: 4+ year PQE Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law.
