This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and reputable legal team.Role: Locum Commercial Property LawyerWorking Arrangement: Full time ideally, remote workingRate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella DOERole Responsibilities:Handling a range of commercial property matters relating to the Council''s portfolioManaging landlord and tenant mattersDrafting and negotiating new leases, lease renewals, wayleave agreements, and licencesWorking with a variety of stakeholders, including utility providers, developers, and private tenantsSupporting on matters relating to markets, sales and leases of open spaces, and the adoption of public open spaces by the CouncilEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance proceduresCandidate Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive (or equivalent) with strong experience in Commercial Property LawExperience working within Local Government or the public sector is highly desirableProven ability to manage a varied caseload independentlyStrong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsJob Reference: J94968For further information, or to apply for this position, please contact Philippa Stoate or Phoebe ..... full job details .....
