Locum Clinical Pharmacist

Background –

We are partnering with a well-established practice located in the Putney area, Southwest London. The practice is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join their team for a minimum period of two months.

The role involves working five hours per week, providing support to the clinical team with SMRs, polypharmacy reviews, and related responsibilities. While not essential, prior experience in managing long-term conditions, particularly Diabetes and Cardiovascular disease, would be highly advantageous.

Salary – £35-£40 per hour

Location – Putney area

• EMIS web
• Supportive admin, nursing and Healthcare team
• Training Practice
• C. 6866 patients
• Free on-site parking, depending on availability

 Your role –

• Locum Clinical Pharmacist
• 5 hours per week, flexible on timings and day
• 2 months minimum
• Start date asap, dependent on compliance
• EMIS practice
• Triage practice, all pre planned appointments
• SMRS, Polypharmacy etc.
• Experience with long-term conditions, particularly Diabetes or Cardiovascular would also be desirable
• Independent Prescriber
• Primary Care experience is essential
• You must be qualified as a Clinical Pharmacist and be registered with the GPhC
