As a Locomotive Technician, you will take pride in delivering fleet reliability through the timely, safe and effective execution of allocated contract maintenance and engineering projects, whilst keeping within agreed timescales and budgets. You will need to have a proactive approach working on the fleet of commercial freight trains covering refurbishment, servicing and exams. Ideally we are looking for a technician that has experience within the rail industry, but with many cross transferable skills the role would suit candidates that are exiting the Armed forces, particularly the REME or those that have experience with servicing large HGV''s, buses or trams.
