Led by Somerset Activity and Sport Partnership (SASP) and funded through Sport England''s Place Expansion programme, the partnership brings together organisations from health, local government, education, the voluntary sector and local communities to create the conditions that enable people to lead more active, healthier lives. Spark Somerset is supporting this initiative by working with Locally Trusted Organisations (LTOs) - groups with shared values that are deeply embedded and trusted within their communities - ensuring that place-based activity is deeply rooted in lived experience, and responsive to the priorities of each coastal community.
