This is your opportunity to inspire change, lead by example, ensure clients receive the highest quality of care and support and be an ambassador for social prescribing.What you’ll do

Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring your team is confident, supported, and motivated to deliver quality services.Work closely with external partners, including GP practices and local agencies.Raise awareness of social prescribingActively promote and embed co-production.What you’ll bring
