We are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking Locality Manager to join CareTech''s Adults Division, overseeing a portfolio of Residential and Supported Living Services that support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across Norfolk, Cambridge and Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Performance Director, this role provides operational and commercial leadership across a defined geographical area. You will lead, support, and develop a team of Service Managers to ensure high-quality, person-centred care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient service delivery within agreed budgets.
