Your core responsibilities will include:Frontline Safeguarding: Executing high-quality Child Protection plans and managing complex risk dynamically.Court Proceedings: Preparing robust assessments, writing statements, and confidently presenting evidence within both public and private law court frameworks.Child-Centred Practice: Ensuring the voice of the child remains central to all interventions, assessments, and care plans.Peer Support: As a Senior worker, providing informal mentoring and support to less experienced team members when required.What You''ll ..... full job details .....
