Joining an established commercial team, The Principal Manager Personal and Home Care is responsible for managing and developing current and future principal supplier relationships for the UK and Ireland Personal and Home Care market, working closely with the UK/Ireland sales teams and colleagues in technical, supply chain, quality, regulatory and marketing. What you will do: Maintain, grow and develop assigned Personal and Home Care principals through increased sales volume, gross profit, product mix, portfolio expansion and strategic growth initiatives in the UK and Ireland. Identify and develop new principal opportunities and maintain a clear new principal opportunity pipeline for Personal and Home Care. Drive business development together with the UK/Ireland commercial teams for targeted principals, customers, applications and market segments.
