Local Immigration Expert

On behalf of our client, we are looking to appoint a Local Immigration Expert for an initial 12-month contract. As the Local Immigration Expert, you will provide expert guidance and support to the business and its employees on UK immigration requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations relating to business travel, short-term assignments and external recruitment. Acting as a key point of contact for immigration matters, you will help the business navigate complex immigration processes while facilitating international mobility and delivering a positive employee experience.Role: Local Immigration Expert Pay: 46.82 per hour via Umbrella rate Location: Filton Contract: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours a week, 12-month contract IR35 Status: Inside SC Clearnce: BPSSResponsibilities Manage interface with External Immigration Consultants currently in charge of immigration administration of moves to the UK in order to ensure the initial and continuing right to work of employees going on "short international move" therefore ensuring Airbus compliance with EU and national laws.Collect and provide all the necessary data needed by the provider to manage the administrative visa requests according to country combination and activity performed from the business / HRBPs (job description, salary info, home and host entity details etcManage A1 certificate requests + Health Insurance certificates if applicable.Collect on a regular basis the company information and any ..... full job details .....
