You can be based at either their Nottingham or Derby officeYou will be dealing with a high level of ASB cases and conducting home visits.Job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Local Housing Manager to deliver an effective housing management service across our communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, supporting residents to sustain their tenancies, and ensuring neighbourhoods are safe, well-managed, and thriving.A key aspect of this role is managing a high volume of anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, investigating incidents, taking appropriate action, and working in partnership with residents and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes. The role also requires regular home visits to support tenancy management, welfare checks, and the resolution of housing-related issues.The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to their own vehicle, and be willing to travel regularly.
