This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Director, Senior Associate or experienced Associate with a strong background in public procurement, subsidy control, grant funding and commercial contracts. The team has an excellent reputation nationally and is involved in some of the UK''s most significant public procurement, regeneration and public funding projects. The successful candidate will work with a broad range of clients, including government departments, Mayoral Combined Authorities, local authorities and private sector organisations. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for complex matters, develop trusted client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice. The Role You will advise public and private sector clients across a broad range of government and commercial matters, including: Public procurement and procurement strategy.Subsidy Control.Grant funding and grant programmes.Commercial contracts.Public sector projects and regeneration.Drafting and negotiating complex agreements and procurement documentation.Providing commercially focused advice to clients on complex and high-profile projects.
