Super smart and engaging Lobby Ambassador required at a super luxurious residential development in Nine Elms.- The role of the Lobby Ambassador is to support the overall welcome and farewell experience in order to meet and exceed the residents expectations.- The position primarily involves assisting with resident parcels and deliveries and working closely with the concierge team to ensure smooth daily operations.- You will also be required to ensure a clean environment for both the pre and post resident move-in and move-out process, manage keys, be a source of information to residents, their guests and visitors on various matters such as amenity offerings & activities, and ensure that all operating equipment used by the door team is regularly cleaned, well maintained, and in a proper working condition; reporting all malfunctions to the senior managers and/or Engineer on site.- The Lobby Ambassador should have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.-
