Loans Agency and Credit Documentation Specialist

Leading commercial bank has this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Loans Agency and Documentation specialist. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding LMA standards and supporting documentation; processing of transfer certificates, approval of related terms, conditions and guarantee information, overview of credit risk insurance policies whilst providing a seamless conduit from front to back office. Additionally, the review of new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements and trade confirmations. Additionally, have the professional enthusiasm and proven ability to manage relationships across the Loans industry. Previous use of LoanIQ would be useful.
