The launch of their brand-new manufacturing and logistics site in Northampton we are looking to recruit a Loading Team Leader on a permanent basis. LOCATION: NorthamptonSALARY: Competitive LENGTH OF CONTRACT: PermanentROLE SUMMARY:The Loading Team Leader reports directly to the Fleet and Loading Supervisor, within the Transport Department, and is responsible for the management of the loading operation and supporting the Transport department with the day-to-day management of their area. Ensuring a streamlined, effective and efficient loading operation to support the overall business delivery targets. The Loading Team Leader provides leadership and line management to the loading team, coordinating their workloads and offering support, promote loading standards to meet customer requirements.
