Loading Shovel/Plant Operative

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Plant Operative to join plant operations on a busy site in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a loading shovel efficiently and safely, while supporting general site operations including maintenance and housekeeping.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Operate a loading shovel to move, load, and stockpile sand and gravel in a quarry/aggregates environment
• Carry out basic plant checks and light maintenance
• Support general site operations, including manual tasks
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping at all times

Requirements: Valid loading shovel ticket (essential).
Desirable: MP Connect experience and plant background.
