This is a temporary ongoing position with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities, offering excellent earning potential, structured training and long-term career prospects. As a Loading Shovel Operator, you will support a busy manufacturing operation, ensuring materials are moved safely and production processes run efficiently while maintaining high quality and housekeeping standards. As a Loading Shovel Operator, your responsibilities will include:Operating loading shovel and telehandler equipment safely across the manufacturing siteLoading infeed hoppers and ensuring a continuous flow of materialsSorting and blending products to production specificationsMonitoring quality standards and accurately recording production dataCarrying out daily equipment inspections, cleaning and basic maintenanceReporting faults, defects and safety concerns promptlySupporting waste management processes and maintaining excellent housekeeping standardsTo be successful as a Loading Shovel Operator, you will have:A minimum of 12 months'' experience operating mobile plant machineryA valid Loading Shovel, Telehandler, Rough Terrain or equivalent licenceGood numeracy skills and the ability to complete paperwork accuratelyA full UK driving ..... full job details .....
