Job Title: Loading Shovel Driver
Location: Immingham
Salary: -15.07 p/h
Contract: 176 guaranteed hours per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Loading Shovel Driver to join our operations team at Stafforce. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loading shovels to move, load, and manage materials on site, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate loading shovels to load vehicles, feed hoppers, and manage stockpiles.

• Carry out daily checks and routine maintenance of machinery.

• Follow site safety procedures and traffic management plans.

• Assist with general site duties when required.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

• Report any defects, hazards, or near misses promptly.

About You

• Previous experience operating a loading shovel in an industrial, quarry, construction, or port environment.

• Must have Full UK Driving Licence.

• Valid loading shovel ticket is beneficial (CPCS/NPORS or equivalent) We do offer training and recertification if required.

• Strong awareness of health & safety practices.

• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

• Flexible approach to working hours, including potential shift or weekend work.
