      <description>Location: Rugby | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Loader to join our engineering and reinforcement team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of metal products &amp; components in a yard-and will be happy working in ALL-weather conditions.  Monday-Friday.  6:30-16:30pm  -12.71  TEMP TO PERM!  Duties of a Loader:    Load and unload goods using appropriate materials handling equipment.   Utilise platforms for inventory control and process optimisation.   Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.   Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all handling activities.   Skills    Proven experience in an engineering business.   Happy to work in ALL weather conditions.   Happy to commute to Rugby- will need own transport due to sites location.   A positive can do attitude.   Flexibility in terms of working hours ( overtime).
