What You Will Be DoingAs a Livestock Manager, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the estate''s livestock enterprises, working closely with the Farm Manager and wider leadership team.Key responsibilities include:Leading the day-to-day and long-term management of cattle and sheep operationsDeveloping and delivering grazing strategies that support soil health and productivityDriving high standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and complianceOverseeing breeding, rearing, and finishing systems to optimise performanceManaging and developing a team, including providing leadership to shepherding staffMonitoring performance through data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and audit readinessContributing to financial planning, budgeting, and enterprise decision-makingSupporting regenerative farming practices and environmental stewardship initiativesIdentifying opportunities to enhance productivity, sustainability, and commercial returnsCollaborating across the wider business and ..... full job details .....
