This is a temporary position created to provide cover following the departure of a permanent member of staff. The building is also currently in the process of being disposed of, so the role is expected to last for up to 18 months, or until the final resident has moved out , whichever comes first. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting residents, maintaining the smooth running of the scheme and ensuring appropriate health and safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with residents to check on their well being and ensure they are safe and well. Follow an agreed schedule of resident welfare checks, ensuring all relevant residents are contacted as required. Carry out regular health and safety checks throughout the scheme.
