We’re a young, ambitious, tech start up, looking to positively disrupt a construction space that is dominated by analogue processes and inefficiency.The Purpose of this roleTo support the delivery of exceptional live operations performance across TradeKart’s delivery services; ensuring consistent on-time, high-quality fulfilment across our operating hours. This role works in close collaboration with the Head of Live Operations to manage real-time order flow, coordinate couriers, communicate with customers and relevant stakeholders, and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. The Live Operations Manager will help maintain our OTIF% and customer satisfaction while enabling the Live Ops function to scale efficiently.We’re looking for people with proven experience in rapid delivery operations – ideally from Uber, Deliveroo, Glovo, Getir or similar platforms – who know what it takes to run fast, high-performance live ops at scale.ResponsibilitiesAct as deputy to Head of Live Operations - UKEffectively manage operational resources ensuring delivery of business requirements and targetsTrain, develop and coach existing and onboarding team membersConduct performance related conversations that drive personal and professional development with the teamMonitor live orders to ensure delivery within promised timeframesManage SLA breaches and trigger rapid resolutionsAdjust courier resourcing in real time to match demandBuild relationships with and liaise with courier partners on live operational issuesProvide operational updates to merchants and partnersLog and flag delivery issues for cost reconciliationsSupport tracking and reporting of live operations metricsWhat we’re looking forAbility to build and maintain strong and robust relationships with internal and external customers and partnersTailor communications to audiences in line with our ValuesProvide operational updates to merchants and partnersA can-do attitude with an eye for continuous improvementThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the trades industry.
