We support individuals to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity, choice and control. We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate Live-in Support Worker to support an individual within a supported living setting in Bristol. The Role As a Live-in Support Worker, you will stay within the supported living accommodation during your agreed placement/rota and provide personalised support in accordance with the individual''s care and support plan. The role is focused not only on providing care but also on promoting independence and enabling the individual to develop and maintain daily living skills. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support in accordance with the individual''s care and support plan. Support with personal care where required, including washing, dressing, toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Support and encourage independence with everyday living activities. Assist with preparing meals, shopping and maintaining a safe and comfortable home. Support with medication in accordance with the individual''s medication plan and Elite at Home procedures.
