Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen. Your key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your designated section Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior members of the kitchen brigade Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented in line with company ..... full job details .....
