Live-In Caretaker

We are currently hiring for a Live-In Caretaker to work on a luxury residential block based in SW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a high end block in a top location, offering brilliant accommodation. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Salary: £20,000 per annum + Live In Accommodation (3 bedroom apartment - bills included) Responsibilities will include:Welcoming residents and visitors to the buildingGeneral internal cleaning of the block - dusting, mopping and hoovering. Regular waste disposal for routine collections. Managing deliveries, parcels and resident correspondenceAssisting residents with luggage and transport where requiredMonitoring building security and responding to alarms when necessaryCarrying out routine building checks and reporting any issuesMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of communal areasCoordinating with contractors and delivery personnelAnswering telephone calls and resident enquiries professionallySupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the developmentAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has excellent customer service skillsPresents professionally and confidentlyIs reliable, proactive and trustworthyTakes pride in maintaining high standardsHas previous caretaker, porter, hospitality, customer service or residential experienceIs comfortable working independentlyDue to the nature of the accommodation provided, this position is ideally suited to someone seeking a live-in role and able to commit to becoming part of ..... full job details .....
