The role is lone working and therefore the right candidate will be self motivated and proactive with a strong proven track record and able to produce excellent references. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills to liaise professionally with residents and visitors. Good practical maintenance skills by being comfortable carrying out minor repairs, changing light bulbs, basic painting, identifying defects. Must have good cleaning skills for cleaning the communal areas of the block including managing domestic rubbish and recycling collection; take pride in polishing the brass fixtures to the building.
