OverviewI''m a 48-year-old man living in the peaceful town of Hook, Hampshire, seeking a compassionate and experienced live-in personal assistant to join my small, dedicated care team. I have complex care needs and use a wheelchair. I need full-time support, value stability in care arrangements, independence, well-being, and time with my family. I already have one live-in carer and am looking for someone equally committed to working alongside us and becoming part of my everyday life. The right person will be caring, respectful, patient, adaptable to my preferences, with a good sense of humour and a willingness to learn. You will take direction from me, my family, and the existing team, so being a team player is essential.
This is a live-in role; when covering, you will have your own room in a calm and welcoming home environment. You must be a confident driver and able to drive an automatic or manual car to assist with community access. We are seeking someone with prior care experience who is reliable, respectful, adaptable, and able to fit in with the current team. You should be comfortable working with the family and lead PA, and capable of using your own initiative when needed.

Commitment to maintaining independence, well-being and quality of life for the client
Terms and EnvironmentThis is a live-in position with your own room. You will be part of a small care team and work in a family-oriented home.
