This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Carer or Support Worker who enjoys providing person-centred support and wants to make a genuine difference to someone''s day-to-day life. The successful candidate will live in the resident''s home and provide support throughout the week, helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and positive home environment.
