Each client sets their own care schedule, and your role is to be a consistent, comforting presence — helping with daily tasks, offering emotional support, and enabling clients to live independently at home.Qualifications

What You Need:You

don’t need formal experience or qualifications

— although any experience supporting older people (professionally or personally) is a plus. Most importantly, you will:Have a genuine passion for helping others

Be respectful, reliable, and trustworthy

Enjoy building meaningful, professional relationships

Feel comfortable living and working in someone else’s home
