Role Overview As a live-in care worker, you will reside in the service user s home and deliver continuous support tailored to their individual needs. You will help clients with daily living activities, personal care, medication, household tasks, companionship, and ensuring their well-being and safety at all times. Key Duties and Responsibilities Personal Care and Health Support Provide personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist clients with mobility, getting up in the morning, and going to bed at night. Support with continence management and hygiene needs. Administer or assist with medication in line with the Medication Care Needs Assessment. Monitor health changes and report concerns promptly to senior care staff. Companionship and Emotional Support Offer companionship and emotional reassurance. Encourage social interaction, hobbies, and activities that improve well-being.
