Live In Care Assistant

Growth Recruitment is expanding its team of dedicated support professionals! We re looking for support workers, care assistants, and healthcare assistants You will provide essential care and support to individuals in various settings, including residential homes, supported living environments, and private family homes. Delivering person-centered care, you ll work directly with clients and families to build routines that promote dignity, independence, and well-being. You ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a tangible difference in people s lives. (Support workers must be available for a minimum of 7 consecutive days per placement to be eligible for this role) Daily responsibilities will vary depending on the individual s needs but may include the following: Personal care and hygiene support Medication administration and reminders Promoting social engagement and community access Meal preparation and nutritional support Mobility assistance and physical support Complex care (where trained) Domestic duties and light housework Emotional support and companionship Recordkeeping and daily reporting Benefits: Comfortable accommodation is provided for residential placements, with your own private room.
