This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, and structured individual with experience handling a mixed civil litigation caseload.You will manage complex matters, generate new work, and maintain high-quality client service while contributing to the development and growth of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a mixed civil litigation caseload efficiently and independentlyProvide ongoing service to existing clients and generate new businessContribute to business development initiatives and cross-referrals across the firmProduce fee income in line with agreed targetsMaintain accurate records of time, billing, and client workKeep up-to-date with changes in law and practice in your areaEnsure compliance with quality, risk, and financial control proceduresAbout YouEssentialExperienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveProven ability to manage a busy caseloadStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident, proactive, and structured approachAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDesirableExperience with SOS Connect or other case management systemsFamiliarity with CIPHR or other HR systemsPrevious experience generating work and converting quotationsWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
