This role is perfect for individuals looking to focus predominantly on civil litigation, offering exposure to a varied and mixed caseload and providing an ideal platform for professional development. While aimed at NQ level, candidates with post-qualification experience are also encouraged to apply, especially those with a strong background in litigation.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through to resolution.Advise clients on litigation strategy, prospects of success, and risk.Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.Conduct legal research and review evidence.Engage in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.Instruct and liaise with counsel and external experts.Represent clients at hearings where appropriate.Maintain high standards of client care and compliance at all times.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.Minimum Newly Qualified level (higher PQE also welcomed).Training or experience within civil litigation.Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills.Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage ..... full job details .....
