Litigation Solicitor

We are currently supporting a leading law firm in their search for a Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 3 Years PQE) to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. Specialising in forfeiture claims, this role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle claims related to unpaid ground rent, service charges, and assured shorthold tenancies (AST). You will work alongside property management companies, landlords, and other real estate professionals to manage all aspects of forfeiture claims through to enforcement.The RoleAs a Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of forfeiture claims, providing legal expertise and guidance to clients throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and liaising with various parties to ensure the smooth progression of cases. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, case law, and industry changes, while providing strategic advice on risks and remedies related to forfeiture claims.Key Responsibilities include:Managing a caseload of forfeiture claims related to unpaid ground rent, service charges, and breaches of ASTs.Offering clear, practical legal advice to clients on the risks, remedies, and options available for forfeiture proceedings.Drafting and issuing formal legal documentation for forfeiture claims, including notices and court applications.Liaising with clients, landlords, property management companies, and third parties to ensure efficient ..... full job details .....
