What will you be doing: The role will involve: Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters including debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, boundary disputes, contested probate disputes, alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation and company and partnership disputes Liaising with clients, providing advice and keeping them fully updated Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence Representing clients in court and settlement negotiations Who are we looking for: Suitable candidates are likely to have: Fully qualified status - solicitor, or CLE with 3 years+ PQE Experience of managing a dispute resolution caseload from start to finish An up to date understanding of ..... full job details .....
