Litigation Solicitor / FCILEx Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Bristol or Cardiff Hybrid working and remote/occasional travel options A Tier 1 legal 500 recognised, national law firm is looking to recruit a Contract and Commercial Litigation Solicitor/FCILExto join its established Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling their own litigation caseload who is looking to work on a varied range of contractual and commercial disputes, with exposure to both claimant and defendant matters. The team handles a mixture of Legal Expenses Insurance and privately funded work, including complex and high-value commercial instructions. The Role You will manage your own caseload of mainly Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track litigation matters, dealing with a variety of contractual disputes including: Commercial and consumer contract disputes Misrepresentation claims Professional negligence Construction disputes Disputes arising from the sale of goods and services Building contract disputes Other contractual and commercial litigation You will act for both Claimants and Defendants, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad and varied litigation practice. Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution Handling Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track claims Advising individual and commercial clients Dealing with clients by telephone and face-to-face Progressing matters using the firm''s case management system ..... full job details .....
