As a Litigation Solicitor you will be dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of Litigation matters. Including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, contractual disputes, insolvency, contentious wills/ trusts, county court/high court proceedings. Experience required As a qualified Litigation Solicitor you will have good Litigation experience Dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters.
