I''m working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to grow its Dispute Resolution team in Worcester, with an opportunity for a Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE.

This is a strong opportunity for a litigation lawyer looking for quality work, variety and genuine progression, within an established and supportive team.

You''ll work with a broad range of individual and business clients, advising across a varied civil and commercial disputes caseload, including:

• Civil and commercial litigation
• Property and land disputes
• Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
• Professional negligence
• Contractual disputes
• Private nuisance and Party Wall matters
• TOLATA and defamation claims
• Wider contentious matters

You''ll have the opportunity to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution, while developing your technical expertise, client relationships and commercial understanding.
