Job Opportunity: Litigation Solicitor Location: Bury Experience: 2 3 years PQE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a qualified solicitor with 2 3 years PQE and looking to take the next step in your litigation career? We re working with a respected firm in Bury that is looking to add a Litigation Solicitor to its growing team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of Employment and Civil Litigation matters, along with the chance to develop strong local networks and work closely with a highly experienced Head of Department. What you ll be doing: Managing your own varied caseload with support where needed Handling Employment and Civil Litigation matters from start to finish Drafting pleadings, defences, statements of case, and other Court documentation Preparing disclosure lists, witness statements, and managing County and High Court interlocutory hearings Assisting on larger, complex litigation matters Engaging in networking and client development within the local community What we re looking for: A qualified Solicitor Experience in both Employment and Civil Litigation Comfortable managing files with appropriate supervision Confident in court settings and in preparing relevant legal documents Personable and proactive in building local relationships and business opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor who is ready to grow their practice and reputation within a supportive and dynamic team. ..... full job details .....
