Litigation Solicitor - Responsibilities Acting for multiple clients within our Litigation department on a variety of contentious matters. Handling case preparation, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice on litigation matters. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner. Working within the growing Litigation team, collaborating on high-value and complex cases. Supervising the department, with support from the Managing Partner helping to develop and expand our client base through successful case outcomes and business development initiatives. Litigation Solicitor - Experience You will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of litigation, including civil, commercial, probate and property disputes.
