The role:The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload of civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters, debt recovery and contractual disputes. You will be advising on a wide range of issues, including possession proceedings, tenancy disputes, lease agreements, rent arrears, and housing disrepair claims. Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload of files from instruction to completion independentlyAdvising clients on legal rights and obligationsDrafting and reviewing tenancy agreements and legal noticesRepresenting clients in negotiations and court proceedings where requiredMaintaining high standards of client care and complianceMeeting billing targets and working under pressure About you:Experienced with pre-action protocols and court proceduresAbility to manage own caseload from instruction to completionExperience working a mixed litigation caseloadStrong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills Qualifications/requirements:3+ years PQEQualified Solicitor in England and WalesFull and clean practising ..... full job details .....
