The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigation matters, including: Commercial disputes Contractual disputes Debt recovery Property litigation Civil litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Professional negligence claims Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations You will have the autonomy to run your files from instruction through to resolution while benefiting from the support of an experienced legal team and modern case management systems.
