This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a diverse caseload of litigation matters, which may include:Commercial disputesContract disputesProperty litigationDebt recoveryCivil litigation mattersConducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clientsDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentsManaging cases from instruction through to resolution, including trial where necessaryLiaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third partiesAttending court hearings, mediations, and negotiationsEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedural rulesAbout YouQualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum NQ-2 years PQE (flexible depending on role)Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage your own caseloadExcellent drafting and analytical skillsConfident communicator with strong client care skillsCommercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solvingHighly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing prioritiesA ..... full job details .....
