This will include:Managing your own caseload and assessing prospectsDrafting correspondence and legal documentationHandling pre-action matters, negotiations and settlementsProgressing claims through litigation where requiredWorking with external solicitors and CounselProviding commercially focused advice to the wider businessSupporting and reviewing the work of junior colleagues/internsAbout YouWe''re open to candidates from a range of litigation backgrounds, including Commercial, Civil, Insurance, Professional Negligence, Property, Construction or General Litigation.You''ll ideally be:NQ-2 PQEComfortable managing your own casesCommercial, pragmatic and well organisedA confident communicator with strong drafting skillsLooking to develop greater autonomy and gain genuine in-house experienceDirect insurance experience isn''t essential - the ability to run your own matters and apply ..... full job details .....
