The Litigation Solicitor, based in Cornwall, will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes within a growing team. This full-time role, offering a salary between £50,000 and £55,000 depending on experience, requires a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ post-qualification experience. Key responsibilities include handling commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation, possession proceedings, and title disputes. You will also collaborate on higher-value matters, advise clients, and represent their interests. Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £50,000+ (DOE) - We are looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on a broad range of high-quality cases while developing their career within a progressive and supportive law firm. REF:4653
THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own caseload as well as collaborate on more complex and high-value matters.

• You will advise and represent clients across a wide spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, including commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation,
• possession proceedings and title disputes, professional negligence claims and general civil litigation and dispute resolution
• The firm acts for clients through a major legal expenses insurer, providing a consistent flow of high-quality instructions and exposure to complex and interesting cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Has the ability to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
• Is organised, proactive and able to balance competing priorities effectively.
• Has excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
• Is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
