Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Location: Margate, East Kent Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience My client is a leading law firm in East Kent, as a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. With up to five years'' post-qualification experience, you will be part of their esteemed Dispute Resolution team, handling a diverse caseload and building strong client relationships. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage and assist with complex litigation matters including property, employment, probate, contractual, and general commercial disputes. Oversee litigation procedures from initiation to resolution, including court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and instructing experts. Work autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to high-value dispute management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. Up to five years'' post-qualification experience in litigation. Strong litigation management skills and court experience. Excellent communication and client care skills.
