Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE - Cheltenham

We are assisting this well-established and highly regarded Cheltenham firm in their recruitment for a commercially minded litigator with 5+ years'' PQE.

The successful litigation solicitor will be working across a stimulating caseload that may include:Civil and commercial litigationProperty disputesContentious probate

If you have a particular specialist expertise, then they are also open to a conversation.

You''ll manage your own files and contribute to larger cases led by senior members of the team. Depending on your PQE, you''ll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues.

You can expect to join a close-knit litigation team comprising senior lawyers, junior solicitors, trainees, and dedicated support staff.

Candidate requirements:Strong technical expertise and knowledge with around 5 + years'' PQEExperience of independently handing a caseload of an array of litigated mattersExceptional organisation and communication skillsThe ability to manage and priortise deadlinesA pragmatic, client-focused approach
