Litigation Paralegal - Housing LitigationNorth ManchesterSalary: £28,000Full-time, PermanentThe OpportunityA well-established and growing legal practice in North Manchester is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its busy Housing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least 12 months'' file handling experience to further develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a varied caseload, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of housing litigation matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with and managing your own caseload of housing litigation matters under supervisionHandling possession proceedings (including Section 8 and Section 21 claims)Supporting on landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears and breach of tenancyDrafting legal documents including witness statements, pleadings, and correspondencePreparing court bundles and liaising with courts, clients, and third partiesConducting legal research and assisting with case strategyMaintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal proceduresRequirements:Minimum 12 months'' experience in a litigation role, ideally with some file handling exposurePrevious experience in housing litigation or landlord and tenant matters is highly desirableStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both ..... full job details .....
